These terms apply to the mobile apps of HYW Group, LLC ("we"). By using an app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

1. For entertainment only

Tarot, astrology, dream interpretation and numerology content in our apps is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not a prediction of the future and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not make important decisions based on it.

If you are going through a difficult time, please talk to someone you trust or a professional. In Brazil you can call CVV at 188; in Mexico, Línea de la Vida at 800 911 2000.

2. Who can use the apps

You must be at least 18 years old to use the apps.

3. AI-generated content

Interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or repetitive, and they do not reflect our opinions.

4. Subscriptions, trials and purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you pay.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play (or App Store) account and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before.
• You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled under the store's refund policy and the consumer laws of your country.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the apps: do not try to break or overload them, access other people's data, copy or resell our content, or use them for anything illegal or harmful.

6. Our content

The apps, their design, texts and illustrations belong to HYW Group or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps on your devices. Your own entries (questions, dreams) remain yours; you allow us to process them only to provide the service.

7. Liability

The apps are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on app content or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

8. Ending use

You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
