Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account and data in the apps of HYW Group, LLC: Arcana (tarot), Orbe (astrology), Dream Journal, Numerology and Birth Report.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately from the app and from our servers within 30 days.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete account", the name of the app, and if possible the account ID shown in the app's Settings. We will confirm within 15 days.

What is deleted

• your profile (name, date, time and place of birth, interests);
• your questions, dreams, readings and history;
• your account identifier and the analytics linked to it.

What may be kept

Purchase records that we must keep by law (for example for tax purposes) may be kept for the legally required period. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may also be kept.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
